Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship mostly to EU, US, Canada, Australia and Brasil.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As we aim to process orders efficiently as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this time will be denied.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and PayPal payments.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.
What if i dont receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us if you have received items that are incorrect, missing, or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package and we will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
